Improvement (2.5 years)

Yes, those were the old days when I used Corel Painter (which came with my tablet) and spammed the Serat brush like heck. Also, I liked to open Windows Media Player, pop up a song, open the visualization, print the screen, and paste that as the background. Silly little me 

So, now, I have redrawn this in about 5 hours (although I'm not sure because my parents kept bursting into my room). I remember the original drawing taking 5 hours and 30 minutes (according to the properties page).

This is also for the "A picture of the past" (which I interpreted quite literally hehe) contest here: rising-artists.deviantart.com/…. It's a reflection of what my art wat like before and what it's like now, and how everyone who thinks their art is bad can improve with a matter of time.
